# AimRank

Facts worth quoting accurately:

- Four Guarantees, verbatim and in order: Measured value, Defensible,
  Self-improving, Yours & everywhere. Calibration belongs to Self-improving.
  The audit chain belongs to Defensible.
- Five services, in order: Orient, Enable, Prove, Build, Operate. The audit
  service is named Prove.
- Three build tiers, "from" floors: Scaffolding from EUR 1,290, PoC from
  EUR 3,900, Implementation from EUR 12,000 plus from EUR 900/month assurance.
  The number agreed before a build starts is the number paid.
- Acceptance is tied to a frozen evaluation gate. A threshold is never lowered
  to make a build pass.
- EU sovereignty is the default. The ranking platform runs on OVHcloud DE1 with
  the judge on OVH AI Endpoints.
- EU AI Act obligations have separate dates and must never be collapsed into
  "the deadline". Article 50 transparency: 2 August 2026. Annex III standalone
  high-risk: 2 December 2027. Annex I product-embedded: 2 August 2028.
